Terms of Service

• You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter contracts.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• One person or entity per account unless you subscribe to an Agency / Enterprise plan that supports multiple seats.

Optymia AI provides tools for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), technical SEO audits, LLM citation tracking, schema validation, backlink outreach, and related agents. Features, quotas, and plan limits are described on our pricing page and inside the dashboard, and may change over time.

Scores, rankings, and recommendations are informational. AI search engines are proprietary and change without notice. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, or business outcomes.

• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency, and higher tiers) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Lemon Squeezy or Stripe.
• Prices displayed as "launch promo" are time-limited and clearly labeled; regular pricing applies after the promo ends and at renewal.
• Applicable sales tax / VAT is added at checkout where required.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate misinformation, deepfakes, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Bypass quotas, resell API access, or share your credentials with third parties outside your plan seats.
• Scan or audit domains you don't own or have written permission to audit, or violate any website's robots.txt and rate limits.
• Interfere with the Service, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or upload malware.
• Use outputs to harass, defame, or discriminate.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

• Your data stays yours. You retain all rights to the URLs, prompts, and content you submit.
• You grant Optymia a limited license to process your data solely to operate the Service (crawl, score, generate recommendations, and display them back to you).
• Reports and outputs generated for your account can be used freely for your business.

The Service integrates with third-party providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Supabase, Vercel, Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, Resend). Your use of those integrations is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or content.

Features labeled Beta, Alpha, or Preview are provided as-is, may change or be removed without notice, and are excluded from any SLA.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPTYMIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify Optymia against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

• You may cancel at any time from the dashboard.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse, or legal reasons, with notice where feasible.
• You can request export of your data before termination; after termination, data is deleted per the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Optymia operates. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting ceo@optymia.xyz. Unresolved disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, or via arbitration where required by law.
